305Founders membership is by application, pricing is not published, and the price is discussed openly in a private conversation, before any commitment, depending on pathway.
How membership works
305Founders is a private, invitation-only growth community for serious Miami founders. Membership begins through an application or a direct invitation.
We built the community for founders and CEOs of established, growing companies, typically generating between $1 million and $100 million in annual revenue, who want clarity, accountability, and a trusted group of peers and advisors as they reach the next level.
Every application is reviewed personally by Carlos Garrido and Carolina Duran. One of us responds within 24 hours to arrange a private conversation, to understand where you are, where you are going, and which pathway fits.
Selection works in both directions: we consider whether the founder is suited to the community and the work, and the founder weighs whether our approach and people fit the company's next stage. Where one of the other options in the market would serve you better, we say so in that conversation.
Why pricing is discussed privately
305Founders brings three pathways together under one roof, and the right membership depends on which of them fits. Some members take one pathway; the application form asks which interests you, including all three.
Pricing is discussed openly in the private conversation, before any commitment. In that conversation we set out the pathway that fits, what participation involves, and the price. We do not require a commitment before this discussion, and you will understand the recommended pathway and the price before deciding whether to proceed.
Founders looking for market context can read our guide to choosing a CEO peer group in Miami, which compares the Miami options on format, eligibility, and fit.
Who 305Founders is for
Our members are founders and CEOs leading established, growing companies in Miami.
The pressure shows up in different places. In some companies it sits with the founder, in others with the operating system, and in others with the growth engine. The selection conversation, and the Leadership Scorecard before it, help locate where it sits in yours and which pathway is relevant.
Revenue band is context rather than a definition of fit; the private conversation decides the rest, on both sides.
Confidentiality is fundamental to everything we do, from a first conversation to a peer group session.
The three membership pathways
305Founders offers three pathways within the same founder community.
Founder Blueprint is a founder-and-business operating system. It works on you and your company as a system: analysis across six drivers, a one-page blueprint for the next stage of growth, and an installed leadership rhythm.
Vistage confidential CEO peer advisory, chaired by Carlos with Carolina, surrounds you with peers who challenge your thinking every month, in a confidential, non-competing group.
Performance Edge builds a sales organization that scales without the founder in every deal, for companies where growth still runs through founder-led selling.
A founder may join through one pathway or more than one. Many founders begin with a Blueprint and add the others as the right moment arrives.
What the selection conversation covers
The selection conversation is a practical discussion about the founder, the company, and the work ahead.
We cover where you are today, including the company's stage, annual revenue band, team size, and your role in the business. We then discuss where you are going and what needs to change for the company to reach that point.
A central part of the conversation is locating where the pressure is: the founder, the operating system, or the growth engine. Founder Blueprint works on you and your company as a system, Vistage surrounds you with peers who challenge your thinking every month, and Performance Edge builds your revenue engine. More than one may apply, and we discuss timing where it does.
We also consider whether 305Founders is the right fit at all. There is no committee or scoring system; the decision comes from a direct conversation between the founder and a principal, and both sides make it.
What happens after you apply
The application is a short, confidential form. It asks for your name, email, cell number, company, pathway interest, annual revenue band, and team size.
| Stage | What happens | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Application | You submit a short form with your contact and company information | A few minutes |
| Personal review | Carlos or Carolina reviews the information directly | Within 24 hours |
| Private conversation | We discuss your stage, direction, where the pressure is, and the pathway that fits | Arranged with you |
| Fit decision | Both sides decide whether 305Founders is the right fit and which pathway applies | Following the conversation |
| Pricing discussion | We set out the membership and the price openly | Before any commitment |
| Start | If the fit is mutual, we agree how and when your participation begins | Based on the chosen pathway |
Submitting the form gives us the information needed to begin a useful conversation, and carries no commitment. You can apply to 305Founders when you are ready to discuss membership.
The Founder Breakfast and member events
The Founder Breakfast is our signature gathering, a private working session for member founders. Our events calendar is public, so prospective members can see the rhythm of activity around the community.
The day-to-day experience depends on the pathway. Founder Blueprint, peer advisory, and Performance Edge address different parts of founder-led growth, and the selection conversation clarifies what participation would involve in your case. Confidentiality holds across all of it, from the first conversation onward.
Start with the Leadership Scorecard
If you want a clearer view before applying, start with the Leadership Scorecard: a free, 10-minute self-assessment covering 24 statements, 12 leadership dimensions, and six drivers of founder-led growth. You receive an instant, private report with a pathway recommendation, and it shows where the pressure is: the founder, the operating system, or the growth engine.
The Scorecard is separate from the membership application. You can complete it privately before deciding whether to start a conversation.
- Membership is by application or invitation. Carlos or Carolina reviews every application personally and responds within 24 hours.
- Selection is a private conversation that works in both directions and locates where the pressure is: the founder, the operating system, or the growth engine.
- Pricing is not published. It depends on the pathway, and is discussed openly in the conversation before any commitment.
- The free Leadership Scorecard is a private first step with a pathway recommendation, separate from the application.
